Sign Up for Cooking Programs Interest List 2022-2023
New cooking classes are now available to patrons online and at the library, thanks to a new LSTA grant provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services distributed by the Massachusettes Board of Library Commissioners.
Patrons interested in knowing of upcoming food programs can email msorensen@southboroughma.com
to be signed up for the newsletter listing events.
Upcoming Programs include an in-person Young Food Explorers for picky eaters on May 13, and a pre-teen Taco Party (ages 9 to 11) also on May 13.
Teen Library Team | Wednesdays | 5:00 PM

Teens looking for a leadership opportunity are invited to meet one Wednesday a month at 5:00 PM to share their feedback and ideas for the library's teen collections and programs.
Time spent with this group can count as volunteer hours for National Honor Society and other groups. This event will take place in the Teen Room.

Growing Squash- Virtual | Tuesday, 6/13 | 7:00PM
Have you ever heard of curcurbits? Love the look and taste of summer and fall squash? Join us for this program presented by the Blackstone Valley Veggie Gardens about how to get the best yield possible from all your zucchini, cucumbers, pumpkins, and everything in between. Friends Book Sale | Saturday, 6/10 @ 10:00AM
The Friends of the Southborough Library will hold their annual book sale on Saturday, June 10, from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
Proceeds from the Friends’ fundraisers are used to support Library resources and programs not covered by the regular budget. This includes most of the Library’s museum passes and programming for all ages. For more information about the Friends, please visit their webpage here.
